Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy is within 7 days of signing for the item.  We will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange if it is after 7 days from the date you signed for the goods.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging that you received it.

To complete your return, please initiate the process by sending an email to [email protected] and providing a receipt or proof of purchase (such as the purchase order number).  We will provide you with a return address where appropriate.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If your return request is approved, we will refund within 48 hours; a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days which is not controlled by us but by the card associations.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after a prolonged period (by experience, 10 days after we have accepted to refund), please first double check with your credit card company.  Credit card companies may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected].

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
